April 21 - April 26 2008 - 2007 Trumpour's Mill Estate Bottled Rosé VQA

A fruit driven rosé made with pinot noir and gamay grapes from the farm with a delicate salmon colour, a soft palate and a refreshing minerally finish. This fresh crisp wine is perfect for summer sipping , as brunch or luncheon wine or paired with delicately flavoured seafood. Winemakers tasting notes include a fresh fruit nose of strawberries, hints of grapefruit and  well balanced acidity.

April 25 - April 26 , 2008 - 2006 Trumpour's Mill Estate Bottled Pinot Noir VQA

NOTE - this is a gold medal winner at the 2008 All Canadian Wine Championships and certain to be in demand. Don't miss out on this great opportunity.

This estate wine has a bright red fruit nose with hints of cigar box from 11 months in French oak. An elegant wine that is smooth and supple on the palate with a sweet core and a lively sour cherry finish. Pairs beautifully with duck breast or grilled salmon served with a dried fruit compote.

May 26 - May 30, 2008 - 2006 Trumpour's Mill Cabernet Merlot VQA

This blend of cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and merlot grapes was in predominantly older French oak for a year giving this wine a subtle, sweet, earthy nose. On the palate there is lots of sweet fruit, vanillin and coffee with a balanced lingering finish. Perfect to enjoy with a ham or pork roast.
