November 18th: "It's Always Something" Gilda's Gala fundraiser
Toronto's number one night for comedy, music and dance is celebrating 14 years supporting a great cause. The annual variety show will take place on November 18th at Sony Centre for the Performing Arts. Back for the 7th year is Canada's internationally acclaimed award-winning comedian Russell Peters. He will be hosting the show alongside an all-star cast of comedians, dancers and musicians who donate their time and talents to make sure this event is one to remember. Chantal Kreviazuk and R&B rising star Francesco Yates are just a few of the many performances guests will enjoy.
This year, The Grange is so pleased to be pouring wines for the show that has raised over 5 million dollars for an amazing cause. All proceeds are in support of Gilda's Club Greater Toronto, a cancer care centre named after Saturday Night Live's Gilda Radner. November 19th: Outstanding in Their Fields Taste and Buy Event in Ottawa
We are honoured to be part of Savvy's 'Outstanding in Their Fields' event. Makers of wines, spirits and craft beer from across Ontario will be showcasing their beverages for you to taste and buy. This event will be held in the Summit Room of the Ottawa Marriott Hotel on November 19th between 7 pm - 9:00 pm. There will be reds, whites, sparkling wines and refreshing ciders alongside artisanal spirits such as rye, gin and vodka. It is a great chance to meet the makers behind your favourite libations and stock up for the holidays. As an added bonus, if you find any new favourites (we're confident you will), you can place an order while you're at the event! When you order 6 bottles or more, of any combination of products, you'll receive free shipping. This is a great opportunity to taste award-winning wines that aren't available through the LCBO. Be sure to visit The Grange's table.
*Note: Savvy is doing a promotional pricing event from now until November 8th. If you buy a ticket, you can bring a friend for FREE! These tickets tend to go very quickly, so the sooner the better if you're interested! Check this out if you want to see who's attending or purchase tickets.
