Grange of Prince Edward 2007 Brut VQA
Bronze Medal, Cellars of the World International Wine Competition
Our first vintage of sparkling wine, made using an equal blend of estate grown chardonnay and pinot noir grapes and traditional vinification methods. A remarkable concentration of tiny bubbles gives this wine an amazing mouthfeel. The nose has notes of granny smith apple, pear, brioche and elderflower and fresh minerality and citrus are distinctive on the palette. Well rounded and smooth with a very long grapefruit finish, this wine is reminiscent of a fine, old world sparkler, just made for celebrations! Try it with seafood, especially oysters.
