The embodiment of our commitment to excellence. Grapes were hand sorted and the wine gravity fed to French oak barrels to age throughout the summer of 2008. This wine captures the unique terroir of Hillier, with a distinctive earthiness balanced by ripe summer cherries.

This wine surprised us all with the ripeness of the fruit and the wonderfully balanced structure, rich with secondary aromas of leather and cigar box. Only the exceptional barrels from this vintage were chosen for this wine.
