The supple texture is quite sophisticated, the blackberry-on-toast character comes through once it’s been decanted or left in the glass. On the palate, you’ll find juicy blackberries, cranberries and sour cherries with a stony minerality that adds an extra dimension to the wine. Perfect companion for Steak au Poivre.
