We have two unique sparkling wines available this winter:
2011 Brut: Traditional-Method sparkling wine made with a 50/50 blend of estate grown chardonnay and pinot noir. Lively and fresh with notes of lemon zest, brioche and a bright mineral finish.
2012 Brut Rosé: made with 100% estate grown pinot noir in the traditional method. Aged 40 months sur lie. Notes of cherry and strawberry reign on the nose while the palate is lively fresh fruit and mineral.
