Grange Culinary

As part of our rejuvenation here at the Grange, we dreamed about a culinary program that would bring fresh local ingredients together with passionate people to create an authentic County Experience. We set out to make this happen.

Through positive karma and serendipity we connected with local Chef and personality Matt DeMille who believed in our goals and purpose. To assist in the daily efforts, Matt invited Chef Keirra Reid from the Kitchener region to join in the fun who immediately packed up her dog Monty into the jeep and relocated to the County. We are so thrilled to have Chef Keirra working tirelessly to establish our culinary program for us as well as menus for our weddings and event programs.

Outdoor Kitchen

The Grange Outdoor Kitchen offers guests a casual and delicious menu made from locally sourced, in season ingredients. The focus is on easy to eat, generally hand held portions that can be enjoyed socially over a glass of wine or cocktails with family and friends.

Guests are invited to drop in any time during kitchen hours and order from the posted menu. In addition, weekly features are posted to instagram @grangewinery and are offered until sold out. Once you’ve ordered, find a spot at our outdoor seating or grab a space on our abundant lawn areas.


Wedding & Private Dining

Our culinary team lead by Matt DeMille are seasoned experts at creating and serving dining experiences to suit any desire. Wedding and event clients choose from a series of set food packages or work with the team to create a custom menu.

Our chefs prepare and serve food from our Indoor Loft kitchen as well as our Outdoor Kitchen in the summer months, allowing the team to flex with demand as needed.

Having a team of exceptionally creative and talented culinary and hospitality experts allows us to offer unique dining events and experiences, hosted in a variety of our beautiful settings.

Vice President, Hospitality & Head Chef Keirra Reid

Chef Keirra Reid is a small town girl who began a life of cooking in the Kitchener/Waterloo region over the last 15 years. A steady believer that food is community, Keirra and her sparky Aussie Monty recently located to the County to pursue her love for connecting with amazing farmers, suppliers, artists, and other local chefs who share a similar passion for food. Keirra creates fresh, locally sourced dishes to wow visitors who dine at the Grange Winery kitchen.

We are showcasing the Grange and the bounty in the county through our Food Program alongside our amazing wines. I’m excited to work with all the amazing producers and farmers we have here in the County and to continue to build those friendships — bringing the freshest ingredients to our food here at the Grange.
